It's the FIRST TIME EVER since 5 yrs that Gravity added sum mature content, lul. Besides the one pet and Hammerinas they don't count. Hm tried out the new costumes and I see 2 other sexy armor for each race been added to the VDK. Sum Doom Cheras-like armor have Bartuk etc. The Birthday costumes look buggy and not so high-res texture. Could use them for retexturing but somehow it's not worth the effort. Sum have good ideas sum not, but well, the devs get paid for the shit. They don't care if their results suck lol. So ya prolly later mb, atm busy with other things.

Why Turans have a female hickey on there bare bewbs lol, are they lesbians? Anyways, nipple quality is crap.. 2 small and it seems Turans have no areolas lol sucky. I'm a big fan of areolas more sexy than just nipples. Tho Kruxenas do have themk yet it kinda looks weird. The spider net design remembers me on sum1. And LUL, Xenoa upper part have an ugly look. Seems as if their bewbs get squashed by the outfit. Female Bartuks have the only nearly adequate nude costume imho. Pussy show and nipples better than I made. That's just cos I hate that transfestit race lol... butchies.

As sum of you've already seen this at the WP forum - they're prolly too envious and can't stand my awsum mod. They have to compete with me, how embarassing ;) Of purely hypothetical view, I am glad to be taken as a match, lul. But as their worthy rival I must say: What a lame move.

Cos in my eyes this is the first real evidence that shows this game is pretty close to shut down very soon, lul. And just as a footnote, for such scantily-clad costumes and low nude quality they have a development team .oO(ROFL) This game is over 5 years old and they now come up with an actually M-rated content yet it's for 17+ and that's not an official determined age to be considered mature, isn't it? LMFAO. Thus they ain't even following their own game policies how ludicrous. And that's no more 'Partial Nudity' as they told many times. If they go that far with it already then the staff must be having a real serious problem.

Your dev team is a bunch of fucking lamers. With that move you destroy the game all the more you incompetent awful pack, get lost! :)

About Male Costume/Nude Modding

Lately there were a few requests in game if I could mod male characters as well. Prolly I could but it was not the intention I started up this project for. In the Discussion thread(see menu above), a recent post about again male modding made me think to blog about it.

Considering the facts, that results by modders who have special enthusiastic propensity or hang for such stuff are simply better and hence superior. I'm not implying that homosexuals or female modders would do best but for my part I'd not be the perfect one for that. Basically, I design for female costumes only - as I stated it in the Online Readme. But not cos my abilities fit it, no - what I do depends on the motivation and own interests. That's the important difference. Too much effort for my part but special requests regarding female costume manipulation are always welcome.

Looking For A Twink Guild

Yeah, or any other guild with people who occasionally play but it should be active :) I assume twink guilds are kind of like that. My toon name is Caye 69 SR, mail me in game or whisper, thanx ;)

Thanks to all the support and feedback. Seems it's actually the only real working one for Requiem, lul.
My blog went live on September 8th, 2012 so along ten months apart from the relative small playerbase in the Requiem community, it has gained quite a high popularity ;D

No Mod Version For Facebook

Yeah... no time for building another. Recently, people keep asking me if there'll be a FB version. I see that the community on Nova server is big enough to invest a mod for it - But if they want 2 get my mod working badly then use the client. Open NotePad and type the following:
Requiem.exe 128.241.93.171 -FromLauncher 0/0 0 0 1 3 0 and save it as nova_server.cmd. Put that file in the system folder of Requiem, click it.

No time to invest in figuring how it works with a webclient, lul. From what I see the content will always be synchronized through the Kalydo player with the server, so it's hard 2 manipulate. If it looks up a file version on your hard drive which is inexistent on the server, this likely will have been overwritten since it's realtime.
If anybody is willing to take this part then do so. You may also like 2 request it in sum modding communities just as GVZ or squint down here on the right column there is a list of links.

Playing with Boobz Size - Kruxena

Kinda tricky 2 get it work in game but I can manage almost everything. Tho Turan bewbz are always bugged when shown in game, gotta play around with it sum more.

Mod still working, tho...

I just installed Requiem again after quite a while and so my mod. So yea, it's still working but out of date regarding in-game content. Hence newly added gear and costumes cannot be displayed in game with my mod and this may cause crashing when it comes to loading new stuff. Yea, I'm aware of that, but all this will be updated don't worry. With sum luck the new gear could just be shown invisible or it's blacken out instead of a crash depending where you are.

The old known texture bug, when it comes to pink gear parts in game this is unfixable for me atm. Just have patience and restart game if the bug is still up redo it until it's fixed if it annoys you that badly. For sum it happends permanently and for other just partially or by random and even for a few it rarely happens. It's all up to your connection speed or PC specs, the latter of which I rather doubt it'd matter.

Nevertheless I'm trying to hang on that again and will pull out a 1.25 version for it some day. At first it's more important that the mod gets updated with the new gear in game and other content which affects my nude mod.

I haven't logged in since a couple months, right now I'm first time through facebook. And OMG this game's got quite empty. I slightly remember Alteris told us that the community was having an increasing player base in game. Fiddlesticks! How many ppl in game now? Like below 100 for sure, LOL. Pardon but this is discouraging. All I see are broken guilds, a bunch of lonely dudes from different guilds afking around in Alban, shop open. Not even fun enough 2 PK anyone. Anyways, tomorrow or so I'll be installing game again and test my mod see if it's still working.

This been quite a while since my last activity. What can I say,,, been busy in life and barely got time. Thus I'm not that into it and have lost motivation to work on next version. Not implying that this project is closed, that's quite the contrary. Once my busy phase is over I'll hang on it again.
Mind if anyone could sum up recent changes in game if theres any? Cos I had to format my HD and don't have Requiem installed.

Yea I'm still alive, was playing Scarlet Blade and I had been choosen for one of the few Closed Alpa Testers at Aeria Games. So I had to spend time there testing and stuff, lul. Memento Mori, where? What?

Texture files in TARGA are out, DDS is the shit today. At first I thought this is a joke but now I see why. They choose TGA to display sum UI that has certain transparency which can't be made in DDS, cos they can compress it with the RLE id est - small size and yet no loss of quality. So far I know DDS can't be compressed without quality loss.

Why don't I have a facebook site for this?

Several reasons: facebook is gay, no free room for customization, my stuff may harm the youth, nudity is prohibited, Gravity US would flag me there and worst: espionage. Ofc it's a pro thing advertising at facebook but I leave it for now and will have to accept that.

I do have a facebook account but only for other tests and stuff. Gonna create a like site once I'll change my project title. Sum Insider Info

If u wanna know sum insider info, here we go.

Every nude textured gear I made in the mod is based on the original Bikini costume with the towel around the waist, for all races. It's the best one to make it nude and the towel was removed by blackening out the alpha channel in DDS. I didn't choose this costume to make nude cos it's the easiest. I did it cos of better skin and body details like collarbone, better shadings around the bewbs, knee and elbow. If I had choosen the easiest one it would be the underwear but the body details on that look odd.

The installation system in version 1.2 was plain coded in batch script, the .exe files too. Was put in one setup.exe and that's it. Prolly sum virus scanner might report it as a trojan but it isn't, just the runtime packer I used looks similar to those that usualy have malware. For the future I will work on a UI in C# and VB.N just 4 fun. For example you will be able to check/uncheck any nude skins or costumes according to your wishes and then run it.

If you did unpack my mod already, you see I have replaced .NIF files with my modded ones. For example I open T_W_S_Bikini_L.nif, change the path to the nude textures I made a folder for (RNM) and then rename & save. The DDS ofc I opened with PS, edited it and saved one in .PSD as a back-up and one in DDS which I have a plugin for. Then ofc I repacked it, theres a bunch of VDK packers out there. The .MAP file for each of the VDKs are bound to original, so I have to rename the MAP extension or move it elsewhere to run the mod.

Not that it was my secret but everyone with sum brain knows how to do. Sources, lots reading and sum PS skillz. BUT I'm not Jesus Christ for every single guy that wants 2 know exactly how I do it. Find it out on your own :)

Yeah... Fuggn Bug

I'm aware of the annoying bug in the mod v1.2 that randomly fucks up the textures on your toon and you see pink instead. I am testing now a new setting with a lower DDS resolution, assuming that the HD version I made for all DDS files I embedded in the DATA2.VDK seems to be too huge (2048px). Those can't be properly loaded in the game prolly when lot of toons are at same spot like Alban or in BFs/raids.

I will try lower them down by about a half (1024px) but unfortunately the texture quality will be weaker as well. Means genitals, pubic hair and nipples look a bit cheaper. I just hope this is the cause cos there is no other choice to fix it. Apparently the client can't stand working with huge DDS.

For the time being if you got fed up with that bug, I recommend to use the Requiem Nude Mod v1.1 for now. Cos the DDS files got a lower resolution(original size 512px), no texture bugs and is loading faster.

If you want to stay with the current version then avoid logging in game at crowded places, maybe it helps with the textures. Try avoid running other progs in the background that demand much power of your CPU and stop DLs.

Well, can't promise that I get this fixed one day but I'm doin my best.

A bit late but still, happy new year.
Got sum stuff to tell. I know sum of the team Mods or GMs/CMs watching my site 2 so here is what you have to know about.
Whether I retexture DDS in a more revealing kinky way or just alter gear, nobody has to accept fan-made stuff. Fact is the own fun by that since it's just a mod, isn't it? ;) Fortunately we got sum really awsum creative users whose works are way better than those awfully recolored gears made by the team. I envision myself as a part of a bunch of keen users who spends time in customizing Requiem for more fun. So if a few of you disagree simply don't use our mods :) Trolls that look like they don't give a damn still act incredulously or envy our awesum stuff. But after all in reality they download my mod either way just to jerk off LOL ;)

Requiem is an awsum game, it's just in hands of a sorry to say "lame" company. Don't have to count up all the bad stuff what they've done but the point is we creative users are willing to make more fun of it by creating mods like THIS. So let us doing it or do you want to see more leaving game. I even have lured sum back to game and playing with this awsum mod. Better than awfully fucking up the game like you do ;) /rant off

Now read this Official Retexturing Thread Official or not, as we know months back free texture modding seems 2 be allowed. There was a contest in which users could show their model texture modifications in the official thread suggested by the team themselves. According to Sakana's statement, he indeed did receive a go from the GMs to do so. If we aspire after the maximum of fun the team shall let us do what we want as long as it's allowed. After all it's lucrative what we're doing :) For us and for you(yeah the team that's prolly leaking my site). Consider it being a way of last improvements for a dying game my fellow gentlemen.

Anyways, there was once a rant of sum guy that had put it on YouTube below my trailer. This post is an answer to him, I deleted his post there tho. But I bet everyone could imagine how his rant looked like.

Nude textures is partially an exclusive feature in my mod but I've done more customized stuffs than nude. Even though if it's called Requiem Nude Mod cos that is the only mod atm. It's all about retexturing and in future there'll be more retextured sexy outfits for the other races besides Turan and even other retextured stuff. You may check this old post for more info. Might as well rename my project soon to indicate in the public that NUDITY will be only a minimal part of my mods in future :)

But I have to announce that I gotta slow down with the work on it for now since life is distracting.
